In his position as Chief Operating Officer, Jarred is responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that RHCS has the proper operational controls, administrative support and reporting procedures in place to effectively grow. He supervises eight employees and ensures financial strength and operating efficiency.

Jarred gained extensive knowledge about business operations and leadership while serving in the United States Navy. After receiving an honorable discharge, Jarred received a B.A degree in Healthcare Management and a M.A. in Education. His unwavering committment to ensuring operational efficiency has been instrumental to RHCS’s success.

 


 

Eugenia Davis, Executive Assistant

In her capacity as Executive Assistant, Eugenia is responsible for a variety of duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the firm. She works hand and hand with Dr. Buckingham and excels in maintaining and managing schedules for all employees, preparing expense reports and promoting and marketing business products and services.

Eugenia has over 20 years of administrative and customer service experience and started working at R.E.A.L. Horizons Consulting Service, LLC in 2006 after working in corporate America for 22 years.  Eugenia’s position as executive assistant is critical to the successful operation of the firm. She is a self-motivated individual and uses her superb business knowledge to help others excel.

 


 

Sharon Rogers, Life and Career Coach

Sharon Rogers is an expert in human resource management, substance abuse counseling, staff training, teambuilding, organizational effectiveness, customer relations and executive coaching. As a Senior Enlisted Leader in the United States Navy for over 22 years, she successfully led and managed over 15 organizations, advised hundreds of senior officers about employee issues, provided direct leadership to over 10,000 subordinates and coached over 2000 junior enlisted personnel. As a passionate life and career coach, she has helped hundreds of employees, colleagues and senior officers develop meaningful relationships in their personal and professional lives. She has a proven track record for bringing out the best in employees and executive officers.

During her 22 years of naval service, Sharon received top-notch training and was certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Advanced Leader and Master Training Specialist. Sharon has been master of ceremony for several military retirement ceremonies and is dedicated to severing others. As a retired veteran, she is currently in the process of completing her B.A. degree in Management Studies at University of Maryland, University College, Adelphi, MD.

 


 

Joseph D. Cooper, Finance Coach

Joe is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of accounting and finance expertise. He enhanced his accounting and finance skills through his extensive work for organizations such as Ernst & Young, LLP, Discovery Communications and Children’s National Medical Center. Joe’s expertise in conducting internal audits and accounting and reporting for small businesses, public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations, has enabled many of his customers to operate their companies in an efficient and productive manner. Joe is dedicated to helping his customers achieve the financial results that they desire and enjoys serving others. Prior to starting his career as certified public accountant, he served his country by enlisting in the United States Navy for two years.

Joe is a native of Chicago, Illinois and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, IL.

 


 

Kimberly Ross, Fitness and Health Coach

Kimberly is a board certified Registered Nurse and is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) to teach several formats of group fitness to include ZUMBA, Boot camp, and Strength Training. As a fitness enthusiast, Kimberly has an affinity towards music and dance. Over the past 10 years she has participated in and taught several fitness and dance classes while also participating in her church’s liturgical dance group for 4 years.

She is dedicated to maintaining excellent physical fitness and has demonstrated her dedication by winning an Overall Championship Title in May 2012 during the Texas Lone Star Muscle Mania Figure Competition in Galveston, TX. She also took home a remarkable 3rd place in Women’s Figure (short class) division while competing in Muscle Mania’s Fitness America Competition in Las Vegas in November 2012.

Kimberly is a dedicated fitness guru and expert. She perfected her nursing and fitness skills by serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force for 6 years. Kim’s motivation for helping others maintain high levels of physical fitness led to her appointment as the squadron’s fitness monitor.

Kimberly received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and enjoys sharing her knowledge as a nationally certified Respiratory Care Educator. When she is not working her full-time job, teaching classes, coaching others, and being a mother to her pit bull terrier, Diamond she is working out or training for her next possible show.

 


 

Aja Dorsey Jackson, Public Relations Coach

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Aja Dorsey Jackson attended the University of Maryland, College Park and Towson University, earning a degree in Mass Communications with a Journalism focus. Prior to pursuing a career as a freelance writer, Aja worked for several years as a marketing professional and grants writer. Through her work, she learned how to take her writing creativity and skill and turn it into focused, attention-grabbing copy.

 


 

Johnnetta Pettis, Event Planning Coach

Johnnetta is a driven, energetic, creative and skilled Event Planning Specialist who possesses an unparalleled ability to deliver high quality service. Johnnetta has over 10 years in event planning and has planned and coordinated a diverse range of events to include, but not limited to seminars, workshops, book signings, birthday parties, graduation celebrations and wedding ceremonies. As an experienced event planner, she utilizes her skills to ensure that the firm’s events run smoothly from start to finish. Johnetta’s unwavering dedication for making each and every event spectacular, joyous and amazing has significantly contributed to the firm’s success in hosting and conducting first-class events. She is responsible for coordinating and managing all approved events for the firm.

As the firm’s liaison with vendors, executives and staff on event related matters, Johnnetta is highly skilled at choosing event locations, arranging schedules, selecting menus, hiring caterers, decorating, procuring accommodations and arranging transportation. Also, she is highly skilled at overseeing set-up, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and gathering information on each project to achieve quality event production.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a customer service specialist for Pitney Bowes in St. Louis, MO. Johnnetta is a very talented event planner who is also passionate about personal beauty and aesthetics. She holds a Class CA license in cosmetology from Vatterott College.

 


 

Deacon William Jones, Spiritual Coach

Deacon Jones is a retired Air Force Veteran and faithful servant of God. He served his country for 22 years and has over 30 years of service to his community and church family as a senior member of First Baptist Church of Glenderan (FBCG).  He joined FBCG in February 1979 and served as president of the Education Ministry. Also, he co-founded Boy Scout Troop 1657 with a fellow senior member and served as the first chair of the Troop Committee.

Deacon Jones played an instrumental role in chairing a committee that brought Pastor Jenkins on at FBCG as the full time pastor. He headed the first Men’s Retreat at Summit Lake, led the Homeless Resident Ministry and started Parents Night Out. He also served as the first director of the Leadership Institute and was commissioned by Pastor Jenkins to carry out his vision of starting a Christian Academy. William served as the first Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SCHABACH! Christian Academy. Currently, he serves as Director of Family Life Ministries.

Jones has been married for over 45 years and enjoys helping individuals and couples in distress. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware State University, a Master of Science, Personnel Management from Central Michigan University and a Master of Arts, Legal Studies, Antioch School of Law.
